Dyan is originally from East Texas and has called the Dallas–Fort Worth area home since 1998. She began her professional career in dentistry, earning her RDA from Collin College and spending 18 years as a dental assistant. That experience shaped her strong attention to detail, commitment to personalized care, and passion for building lasting relationships—all of which she now brings to real estate.

Dyan is known for providing first-class service, clear communication, and hands-on guidance throughout every transaction. She is a skilled negotiator who draws on her experience as a Realtor to confidently advocate for her clients.

Outside of real estate, Dyan enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and their two dogs. She loves gardening, baking sweet treats, and taking road trips whenever she can.
